Bio
Christine Ruksenas-Burton’s hard edge color field linear abstract paintings are conversations of colors inspired by her homeland of Australia. She is influenced by modern art, minimalism, modernist architecture, design and numerology. Her belief that our subconscious relationship with colors informs her truism, “hues change moods.” Christine has shown her work in nearly a dozen shows across the Mid-Atlantic in the past five years.
